Oana A. Gavita, Ph.D.

Dr. Oana Gavița is Senior Assistant Professor at Babes-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences. Dr. Gavita worked previously both as internal Human Resources Consultant (Intesa Sanpaolo Bank) as external consultant (HILL International) and has coordinated various organizational development and coaching projects. Oana Gavita has completed training, internships and research fellowship programs in the field of cognitive-behavioral coaching, psychotherapy and psychological counseling at Albert Ellis Institute, NY, USA; Centre for Coaching, UK; King’s College London, Institute of Psychiatry, UK; Laboratories of Cognitive Neurosciences, Harvard Medical School, Children's Hospital Boston. Her expertise is in two of the most valued areas of our lives: working and parenting. She is specialised on personal coaching, performance management, stress management and well-being coaching, and currently runns research projects on coaching based on Virtual Reality procedures. |
Adrian Opre, PhD

Dr. Adrian Opre is professor at the Psychology Department, Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He has a Ph.D. in psychology and is currently teaching courses concerning applications of cognitive psychology in education, work/organizational and clinical domains. He has nationally and internationally recognized theoretical and practical knowledge in cognitive-behavioral interventions. He is also a cognitive-behavior therapist and supervisor, certified by: Albert Ellis Institute (New York, USA), The National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists (USA), The Romanian Federation of Psychotherapy (Federaţia Română de Psihoterapie- FRP), and The Romanian Association of Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapies. Dr. Adrian Opre is professional psychologist and supervisor certified by the Romanian Board of Psychologists and trainer certified by the Romanian National Center for Adult Professional Training. In addition, he is trainer and director in several professional training programs: Rational emotive and behavioral education; New perspectives: the development of emotional intelligence; Magister: vocational counseling and guidance. |

Adela Moldovan, MA
| Adela Moldovan is a clinical psychologist, psychological counselor, and psychotherapist, licensed by the Romanian College of Psychologist, a member of the Romanian Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapies. She is also a Research assistant at the Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She is the Coordinator of the Psychological Component of the “Babeş-Bolyai - PsyTech” Psychological Clinic, having extensive training in rational-emotive and cognitive-behavioral therapy. She is specialized in psychological services provided to all age groups, individually or in group, especially in areas of: (1) psychological treatment of obesity and weight control problems; (2) psychological treatment of eating disorders; (3) couples counseling; (4) parent’s counseling and training; (5) anxiety and depressive disorders; (6) psychological counseling of patients with chronic illnesses (improving quality of life). | ![]() |

Alin David is PhD student of Babes Bolyai University having as a main research topic Cognitive- Behavioral Coaching, and a psychologist in the educational and clinical setting. He is certifyed in educational – clinical (counseling) – and organizational psychology. He is specialising in Rational Emotive Behavioral Coaching (REBC) with the major goal to develop a model for evaluation and intervention at organizational level, based on the REBC intervention principles. |
Anamaria Vancea, MA

Anamaria Vancea combines theoretical preparation with professional expertise, creativity and determination in order to define her work through effectiveness and professionalism. She joined the team at the Institute with a solid background in Psychology (BA, MA), continued with an ongoing international PhD program. She is certified as a psychotherapist and clinical psychologist by the Romanian Psychologists College. As a trainer and consultant, Anamaria successfully implemented programs for teams at different hierarchical levels from national and multinational companies, bringing a successful contribution to increasing the performance of her collaborators (individuals and organizations). Among her professional interests and expertise fields are: organizational coaching, life coaching, parenting coaching. |

Raluca Igna is a certified psychotherapist and clinical psychologist by the Romanian Psychologists College. Within the Institute her professional interests and activity fields are: organizational coaching, life coaching, parenting coaching. She is part of expert teams who are developing various research grants and services in applied psychological technology. She has increased her clinical expertise due to the fact that she is affiliated to “Babes-Bolyai - PsyTech” Psychological Clinic in Cluj-Napoca. At present Raluca is also involved in the didactic activity at the Babes-Bolyai University. |
Simona Stefan, MA
| Simona Ștefan is a PhD student at the Evidence-based psychological assessment and interventions Doctoral School, Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, Babeş – Bolyai University, Cluj–Napoca. Her main interests in the field of coaching are related to life coaching, stress management, communication processes but also personal development and well being in organizational contexts. Currently her particular interested are directed to ways of promoting positive emotions, values and strengths in institutions. |
